I am the only one that thinks I'm going crazy?

Would it be wrong to admit to everyone that last Thursday (July 9th in B.C. time) was the first time since last Sunday (a week ago today) that I got dressed?... or showered for that matter? In my defence, I knew for a fact that I would not be leaving the house, or really my own bedroom for that matter, so I didn't see it of any importance to get out of my Care Bear pajama shorts, or my "IS IT TOO LATE TO BE NICE?" (Christmas) pajama shirt. Oh, and...by the way, my hair wasn't actually that frizzy, I did just get back from a walk (with an extremely hot temperature), but no, it definitely wasn't that bad.

I've spent the most part of the past week playing Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon (both of which are Gamecube games), watching the first season of Supernatural on DVD - don't worry, I start the 2nd later tonight- aaaaand, fixing old clothes.
The first of the line of clothing articles that have been fixed in the past week are a pair of red shorts - which used to be red skinny jeans, back in the scene days- that I wore to Pride Parade '09 last Sunday. That's the mane reason for my being stuck at home for the past (and next) week, I'm grounded. I haven't taken an 'after' picture yet, and technically I didn't take a 'before' one either, though i do have one from the day i bought them... a year-and-a-half ago. So, they are much faded now.
Next is an old polo that i bought for about 4 dollars at Off The Wall, for before school shopping about two years ago (that would be going into 8th grade by the way). I'm pretty sure that I only wore the tee once or twice, so if worst came to worst, I just wouldn't ever wear it again. Luckily for me, it turned out amazing, and so I wore it today to VOLKSFEST, and another old car show in town, it was lovely. Well... not counting the weather, for the first time all week, it wasn't about 30 odd degrees.
Alright well... there's the 'before' of the polo, and see right down there? That's what I wore today, and there's the shirt. Any feedback?
What i'm working on now -obviously- isn't done yet. It's a cute old dress that I thrifted for a couple of dollars from this old thrift shop. It's not done yet -I still need to obtain a (hopefully) white zipper- but whenever I think about it, a cat of impossible colour's one dress from early May comes to mind. Although, now that I actually look at it, the two dresses have nothing more in common besides the obvious -they're both dresses.
Today a very close family friend gave me a watch, he told me that my mother gave it to him about 10 years ago (I would have been about 5), and that it likely cost about 4, maybe $500, so I better not lose it. It represents family, and sacrificing for those that you love, I mean the people who you really, really love. Not just the ones that you say you do, but you really, truly do, the people in your life who you would give anything for, and hopefully they would do anything for you too. Those people, are the ones that everyone should keep close to them, and never stop letting them know how much you need them,

A 'new' camera also came into my possession today, it once belonged to my... Nana's boyfriend? I suppose my uncle has had it for the past 15 odd years, moving it from house to house, now that he has come up with some financial troubles, hes just sending boxes of his old stuff to the dump, this camera being one of them. Yeah, I was appalled too. I guess my mum got it from him before it was too late, and just remembered to give it to me today. Finally! Life is complete! I have a late 70's - meets early 80's Nikon EM camera. Yes, hippie strap is most definitely included.

P.S. Dear cat, what does one do when the LOML no longer... has the same idea?
